• Return requests must be submitted within 72 hours of delivery.
• To request a return, please email us with your order number and reason for return.
• Lustrix reserves the right to refuse returns if the request does not meet our policy or if the hair has been altered in any way (washed, installed, dyed, or tampered with).
• Shipping fees, including expedited processing fees, are non-refundable.
